On March 8, the last batch of milk with original and peach flavors valued at RMB 384,000 arrived at the Yizhang Branch of Red Cross Society of China in Yizhang County, Hunan Province. By then, the fourth batch of supplies for those who fight against the epidemic on the frontline, donated by Wuhan VV Dairy, a subsidiary of VV Group, has all been delivered to the designated organization.

It is reported that since March 1, Wuhan VV Dairy has donated RMB 1.49 million worth of dairy products in total to the six counties and districts in Wuhan and Hunan Province, in a bid to offer nutritional support for medical personnel and workers who are fighting against the COVID-19.

This is the third time that VV has made donations to support the prevention and control of COVID-19, following donations of RMB 10 million on February 7 and 200 tons of VV Soybean Milk jointly with Han Hong Love Charity Foundation on February 22.

Cai Tian, the spokesperson of VV Group, said in an interview that, as a local enterprise and national brand, VV always performs its corporate social responsibility with a strong sense of patriotism. After the outbreak of COVID-19, in addition to donations of money and supplies, VV also actively organized and mobilized the production of daily necessities such as grain and oil, so as to help ensure market supply and curb price fluctuations.
